Thank God for putting brother, sister and this warm family into my life. By serving together in Indo Service, our bonding is getting stronger. Every time spent is meaningful and looking forward to have more quality time with everyone in this family. – Delwin

All of you must realize that my thanksgiving point at first is waiting for a job. Brother and sister I want to say to you my God always make me shock with His surprise. I am following Him not because I am afraid about heaven or hell but because I can’t wait the day when He give me surprise again In Singapore I learn how to pray in 15 minutes, previously just pray only 5 minutes and I will definitely sleep. – Silvia

Soccer League – 23 March 08 March 25, 2008

Udah lama ga nendang bola???? Nah….. last sunday kebagian nendang lagi d. heuheue….. Last sunday soccer match nya lawan Eastdee United. Pada keren keren ya nama nya. hauhaa………

Mau tau score nya???? Last sunday INDO DISTRICT UNITED menang WO karena lawan nya datang telat setengah jam. Hm…. maka nya jangan dibiasain datang telat….. Hasil nya begini ni…. Opportunity juga gone….. :p

But finally Eastdee United datang juga…… dan semua udah lengkap dengan uniform…. akhir nya dua team ini melanjutkan friendly match dengan akhir score 3-2.

Yeah…… INDO DISTRICT UNITED……… maju terus……. Next match on 6 April….. Harus menang ye….. heueue……

Surprise…. surprise….. surprise…………!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5 kado terindah untuk Yesus………… Apa itu….???? heuheue…… Tidak lain dan tidak bukan adalah precious soul…. dan mereka adalah Henry Pandi, Andri, Andre, Jackson, en Jeremy. Wow……… great……..!!!!!!!!!!!! Can’t stop smiling for Jesus. hahuaa…….. ^-^

Ini ni kesaksian dari Jackson kenapa dia mau rededicate his life to Jesus : I want to rededicate my life to Jesus because without Him I am like a lost son, wondering everywhere looking for the parent. My second visit to Hope church was so wonderful as something inside me saying that I want to have Jesus back in me. And up until now, I have brothers and sisters who always support me and strengthen my faith in Him. Halleluya…!!!!!!!

Heuehue….. this family become bigger and bigger lo…. So it means… saat nya untuk pindah n cari venue yang baru. Sip…….!!!!!!!!!

Oya…. another surprise adalah……. kita semua kebagian telor paskah. heuheue…. Lucu juga… Kita disuruh cari telor paskah. Tapi…. hohohohoho….. ada tapi nya ni…. Kita ga di izinkan untuk langsung cari gitu aja…. Kita harus main suit suitan dulu dari telor, anak ayam, n ayam gede. Nah cuma ayam gede doank yang bisa cari telor nya. Hm…. cukup menarik….

Mau surprise yang lain nya? Itu adalah skit yang menceritakan real story…. bagaimana hidup temen temen kita diubahkan, bagaimana mereka experience God’s goodness. So encouraging……

Then cuma itu doank ya? Masih ada surprise yang lain? hahahaha….. Pasti ada donk. Apa itu? Itu adalah kegiatan membongkar bongkar kubur Yesus….. Yesus nya kan udah bangkit…. So kita bongkar bongkar d… kerena dengan kebangkitan Yesus… it brings new hope for us. Thanks Jesus to die for us……. Pas kita bongkar bongkar kubur Yesus ini…. all the encouragement word ada di sana. hehuee….. So sweat….. ^-*

Membership Class – 9 March 08 March 18, 2008

This round….. tak ketinggalan juga one of our brother yang baru dibaptis minggu lalu nya… he took another step by joining the membership class for the following week nya….. Siapa dia? hauhahua…… Nelson….. =) No harm rite to become a member? :p So friends………. ayo come n join this family………… ^-^

Nelson – I want to become a member of this church because I fell that this church is like a family to me in Singapore. Beside that, I think that I can grow in Christ in this church as well. I feel that my brothers and sisters in my care group are really care about me. They encourage me with the Word of God when I am really down. In additional, I want to see this church growing and commit my self to God through this church. I really thank God for His blessing for me to join this Hope Church Family.

Water Baptism – 2 March 08 March 3, 2008

Di baptis??? Why not…

Huray….. kemaren ada 6 temen kita dibaptis di YWCA Fort Canning Lodge. Donny, Hendra, Nelson, Joyce, Fina, and Finie….. selamat untuk kalian ber-enam. Huahuahuaa….. senang nya bisa menyaksikan this moment….

Donny – Keinginan buat dibaptis sudah ada dari dulu. Hanya setiap kali mau melaksanakan nya selalu terjadi sesuatu hal yang bikin gua gak melanjutkan keinginan gua. Ketika ada yang menawari untuk dibaptis di Hope Church, gua berpikir inilah kesempatan yang diberikan Tuhan untuk melaksanakan “keinginan terpendam” gua.

Nelson – Hi all, I would like to tell you about my decision to go for water baptism. In the beginning, I had no idea about water baptism. For me water baptism is a formal way to tell people that you are a Christian. After being explained by my lovely brother, I understand what the significance of water baptism is. However, I do not want to go for water baptism because my parent disagreed about it. I had been approached by different people for 5 times. They keep asking me to go for water baptism but I always said no. Finally, I realized that the problem was not from my parent but me. Inside my heart, I doubted God because I do not really involve Him in my life. I depend on my own strength to solve problems such as in my working environment. Beside that, I also fear commitment especially about tithing. I work to get money so I would like to keep the money for myself. Even though I missed the past few water baptisms, God has been faithful. He continues to speak to me and assures me. During this period of times, God shows a lot of miracles in my life. One of the miracles is God brings a breakthrough in my relationship with my family. I thank God that He answered my prayers and helped me to learn a precious lesson in the areas of forgiveness and patience towards my family. Another breakthrough is I can see a change of mind in my parents. They no longer object to my water baptism. They now bless me to receive water baptism. Something that I learn from God is that I may start off with doubt and fear, but as I involve God in my life. God enlarges my understanding about Him. I can see greater thing in my life. Today I made a decision. I want to obey him by going for water baptism. I have also decided to serve God more and I want to glorify His name.

Fina – The longing to be water baptized has been in my mind since last year. At that time I was quite sure that I was going to join but somehow I held back my decision. My excuses were commitment and family problem.
Soon I realized that nothing is greater than God’s love to me and after I had listed all the uncountable blessings that He had given to me. Finally I make a decision to follow His way and be more like Jesus, our God and Savior. Another reason was seeing my brothers and sisters who got water baptized back in 2007 amazed me on how their willingness to be a new creation in God and being God’s follower.
I had been ready to get water baptized even as early as year 2008 coming. Some of the brothers and sisters even my shepherd may seem shocked towards my decision as they never approached me and kept asking me what the reasons that I decided to join water baptism are.
After got water baptized last Sunday, I feel even closer to God and of course be refreshed. I believe that God had a wonderful plan for me and He will be walking by my side in each and everyday of my life.

Hm…. udah bosen every week melihat our new brother and sister…???? hauhauuaa….. Pasti kagak kan. Malahan we wish can have more than one every week nya. Iya kan… iya…?????
